Deadpool is offered a place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe by the Time Variance Authority, but instead recruits a variant of Wolverine to save his universe from extinction. Only 55 films have reached the $1 billion mark. Check out the highest grossing movies of all time. Hugh Jackman said that he was really done playing Wolverine after Logan (2017). He then said that after seeing the first Deadpool movie, he regretted that statement and expressed to Ryan his interest in seeing the two characters meet on the big screen. When asked why he decided to come back for this film, he simply said, “I just wanted to do it and I felt it in my gut,” adding that he wanted to have the best possible time on the film with Ryan Reynolds. Similarly, Reynolds had wanted to work alongside Jackman since the first Deadpool movie and was sad when he (Jackman) walked away from the role. .. Elliot Chipman: That’s Deadpool. This movie was painful to watch at times. While Deadpool is known for his coarse, foul language, this movie went overboard. With all the jokes from the previous movies and trailers, this movie came out with almost an empty tank. The plot was just stupid and didn’t do much for the Deadpool franchise. Most of the humor was the same. After a while it felt like a funny comedian telling the same joke but in a different style over and over and over. It was old. There were some fun scenes, but for the first time in a Deadpool movie, there were a lot of parts where I just lost interest and checked my watch. They probably should have taken the wins from the first two Deadpool movies and left it at that. in that – and I’d be 100% fine with that. Not worth a movie ticket, but good enough when it goes digital. The last series of “What we do in the shadows”; is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres of the month.
