Synopsis
The model becomes obsessed with a high-profile murder trial. Kelly-Ann’s username on the poker site is LadyOfShalott, which refers to the 19th-century poem on Camelot called “The Lady of Shalott” by the English poet Alfred Tennyson.

I was pleasantly surprised to accidentally watch this movie on Crave. The sound design and cinematography are excellent; a very gloomy atmosphere is created, which does an excellent job of enhancing the aura that the script evokes.
The acting of the actors also deserves praise from all the participants, especially the main actress
From the striking look of the accused to the gorgeous shots of the city, both elements were exceptional, gorgeous in the LUT department as well. I see some reviews that say she’s one-dimensional or emotionless, but I found her to do a really good job with the mysterious and almost sociopathic atmosphere.
A quick mention about the wardrobe, which was also magnificent here
A few minor quibbles about the script, I felt there could have been a little more depth in the development between the two female leads, but on the other hand, I think it would also have been a difficult balancing act. Overall, I can highly recommend this to anyone with a penchant for thrillers with horror elements, but this film shows that you can do very well with a horror part without being naturalistic or raunchy.
